Price and Payment Terms
For a 60-minute session, I currently charge a flat-rate price of 19,50 Euro (2026). You only pay for my time, regardless of what you want to do.
If you are in Europe, the payment can be wired directly from any European bank to my German bank for free. If you are outside of Europe, you can make your payment via PayPal.
I will email you an invoice. Please make your payment no later than 12 hours after you have received the invoice. Thank you!
All the teaching material is included in the price. I provide everything in Google Drive with full access, so you can download whatever you want to your device.

Conditions
You don't have to enter into a long term commitment. You can quit at any time. The only condition I have is that you always prepay for at least 4 weeks of lessons. However, you decide how many hours per week we do.
If you have to cancel a lesson or need to take a short break, of course, I won't charge you. I will only request the next payment after we have done all the lessons you paid for. But please read my 12-Hour Cancellation Policy.

12-Hour Cancellation Policy
I have a 12 hour-cancellation policy. If you have to cancel a lesson, please let me know as soon as possible but no later than 12 hours before the lesson is scheduled. I won't charge you, and you won't lose the lesson.
When students cancel too late or don't show up at all, I usually expect payment for my lost time.
Of course, sometimes a situation occurs that is out of anybody's control. If something like this should happen to you and you cancel as quickly as you can, I won't charge you. But I hope we all can agree on that situations like this only happen rarely.
Should you be a little late, please write me a message in chat before the lesson starts. I will wait for you, and depending on my class schedule, will try to add up to 10 minutes at the end of the lesson.
If I don't get a message, I wait about 5 minutes and afterwards, leave the class room. But then, I expect payment for my lost time. So please, communicate with me! Since I have WhatsApp, you can always message me on there even if you prefer Teams or Google Chat in class.

German Lessons Online by the Hour
If you don’t want to set up a regular class schedule but only need a few sessions, I am offering German lessons by the hour. If you need help with a single specific issue, you can contact me here, and I will try to schedule a session at a time suitable to you.
Please state in what time zone you live and when you can come online. Make sure you also inform me about the nature of your issue and what you would like me to help you with.
If you wish, we can arrange a free meeting online first to discuss what you exactly need, and to come up with a lesson plan.
