Price & Payment Terms
Hourly Rate
My flat-rate price is €19.50 per hour in 2026.
You only pay for the time I spend teaching you, regardless of what you choose to work on during your lesson. There are no additional charges for different subjects, topics, or teaching materials.
Invoices and Payment
I will send you an invoice by email. Please make your payment within 12 hours of receiving the invoice.
If you are located in Europe, you can make a bank transfer from a European bank account directly to my German bank account. This payment method is free of charge for you.
If you are located outside Europe, you can pay your invoice securely via PayPal.
Lesson Materials
All lesson materials are included in the hourly price. You may save the materials to your own device for your personal use and future reference. There will also be no fees for any additional materials I think might be helpful for your learning progress.
Conditions
No Long-Term Commitment
There is no long-term commitment. You only need to decide how many lesson hours you would like to schedule each week, and you can quit your lessons at any time.
The only requirement is that lessons must always be paid for four weeks in advance. This applies regardless of how many lessons or hours you have scheduled per week. For example, if you normally have one lesson hour per week, you pay for four lesson hours in advance. If you have three lesson hours per week, you pay for nine lesson hours in advance.
Missed Lessons and Short Breaks
If you need to cancel a lesson or take a short break, you will not be charged for lessons you do not take. Instead, I will wait to request your next four-week payment until you have completed all the lessons covered by your previous payment.
Please note that cancellations are subject to my 12-Hour Cancellation Policy below.
12-Hour Cancellation Policy
I have a 12-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please let me know as soon as possible and no later than 12 hours before the scheduled start time.
If you cancel at least 12 hours in advance, you will not be charged and you will not lose the lesson. The missed lesson will simply be rescheduled.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows
If you cancel less than 12 hours before the lesson or do not show up, I normally expect payment for the scheduled lesson, as this time has been reserved specifically for you and cannot usually be offered to another student.
Of course, unexpected situations can happen that are beyond anyone's control. If something genuinely unavoidable occurs, please let me know as soon as you can. In such exceptional circumstances, I will use my discretion and will not charge you for the missed lesson. I simply ask that situations like this remain rare.
If You Are Running Late
If you are going to be late, please send me a message before the lesson starts. I will wait for you and, depending on my schedule, will try to add up to 10 minutes to the end of the lesson.
If I haven't heard from you, I will wait approximately 5 minutes after the scheduled start time. After that, I will leave the classroom and consider the lesson missed.

Communication is important. If something comes up, please let me know as soon as possible. You can always contact me via WhatsApp if you need to cancel, reschedule, or let me know that you are running late.
